Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Current year Graduates, Engineers, Post-Graduate/MBA pass-outs are eligible to apply.
- Marks: Minimum with 60% in 10th and Graduation.
- Age: Below 25 years (as on date of application).
- Role and Location: Applicant should be locationally mobile and willing to do sales.
- Experience: 0 to 6 Months.
Program Structure:
- Program Duration: 2 Months Classroom Training.
Salary:
- Stipend during the programme: A stipend of ₹18,000 per month will be paid during the programme.
- Starting Salary (CTC): ₹4.50 Lakh to ₹5.00 Lakh Based on location.
Selection process:
Round 1 - Online Aptitude TestOnce the applicants are shortlisted, the first step is to undergo an online aptitude test. It comprises of five sections (Verbal, Quantitative, Logical ability, General Awareness, Video based questions).
Round 2 - Interview (Face-to-Face)
