Job Description:
- As a Technical Support Engineer, you will:
- Be the face of Zoho with prospects, customers and partners
- Engage in voice, email and chat based support
- Diagnose and solve application issues
- Understand and analyze the needs of the users and provide timely solutions
- Handle product demos, implementation and trainings
Communication and Excellence:
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal, written and listening ability).
- Shares information and write and speak concisely
- Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
- Takes ownership and responsibility for work assigned.
- Highly Self Motivated and a team Player
Note:
